HG One grinder |
I never have trouble with this static electricity phenomenon, because I put just two or three drops of water on the beans with a pipette, before grinding. It is highly effective and prevents any static electricity complication.
Still I enjoyed trying this new trick of sticking one (or in my case, four) super strong mini magnets on the inner burr bottom and hanging metal strings on them.
I used 20 grams of Vietnamese robusta beans that I roasted yesterday as I suspected these could be highly susceptible to static electricity and they did not disappoint me.
Without the water droplets, they stuck on everything.

So back to water droplets! No problem.
